Refund Policy

Return policy gives you an option to return products purchased on Loire wellness for any reason within the specified return period. Our return policy is quite simple. When you receive the product and the customer should check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use.

A customer must ensure that a return authorization number is obtained before attempting to return any items to LOIRE WELLNESS.

We ask you to not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. 

We are giving you self ship service for any type of returns.

Return Period Policy 

A customer has 7 days to cancel your order under our return period policy. It will start on the day after you received the item.

All products must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

Self-ship service

We are not offering pick up service now. In such cases, Customers have to ship the courier to the given address of our warehouse. After that, you have to share the tracking details of the product. 

When the product received at our warehouse and has passed quality check then we will initiate your refund in your bank account. If the product does not meet our quality check then we will ship it back to you. 

Refund Process Of Loire wellness

After a successful return, Loire wellness will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 to 15 days. Instant Refunds are not available in self-ship returns.

Why did some return request use to decline?

This may have happened because the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For getting more details, please contact our customer care number.

Returns requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances –

If Products are used then we will not accept.

  • If Product is Returned without Original price tags, labels & accessories.
  • If QR code has tampered.
  • For Damaged and Missing products which are reported after 2 days of the delivery.

In case you receive some wrong and damaged items 

Loire wellness apologizes if you have received the wrong item and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition within 7 days from the day you have received the item.

For an item who has been received damaged or faulty items, please contact us and we will advise what to do next.

In case you did not receive the Product 

If you have not received your item then we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. This is the way possible in case of lost delivery or wrong address. To receive a refund or a replacement, a customer should inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day. The day you receive an email from us confirming that the item had been despatched.

How Refund gets processed:- 

All products returned to us will be checked by our team.

In case of a refund then we will refund the price of your item excluding the cost of delivery.

Returns are usually processed within 7 working days.

We will refund your amount by original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

When we will accept the return
Loire wellness can only refund the postage costs for returning an item, we will deduct the shipping cost. We accept a return where:

– For the wrong item product
– For the damaged or faulty product

We will not initiate any type of refund if the product will be in good working order. We will communicate with you after the testing process has been completed.
